The Saint-Gobain PureFlo PTFE Mid-Size Capsule Filter is an easy-to-use filtration unit designed for single-use applications in the pharmaceutical industry. This filter offers superior flow performance by incorporating a sterilizing grade 0.2 μm membrane that exhibits a lower pressure drop. This superior flow performance results in a lightweight, compact filter designed to promote optimal process efficiency. Five capsule sizes are available, which include hose barb or tri-clamp fittings, and the option to exclude inlet or outlet vents.

The PureFlo PTFE series features a chemically resistant, hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene membrane that demonstrates exceptional thermal strength and flow performance in venting and compressed gas applications. Molded components and support materials are constructed with polypropylene. These materials allow the filter to withstand gamma irradiation and autoclaving processes in multiple-use applications.
