The Metro C5 6 Series Insulated Heated Holding Cabinet is a mobile, insulated storage unit for hot foods, with rapid heat-up and recovery times easily controlled by the user via a ducted heating system. The cabinet itself is built with Type 304 stainless steel for easy cleaning and corrosion protection. 2.5in thick high-density fiberglass allows for minimal temperature loss, keeping food hot during periods where it may be unplugged during movement. The top-mounted controls display easy-to-read analog temperature values for continuous monitoring--plugged or unplugged--and thermostatic adjustments(200°F max).

The Metro C5 6 Series Insulated Heated Holding Cabinet comes in heights of 32.25, 44.75, 62.75 and 74.75in, with clear and dutch doors available on certain configurations, as well as Reach-In or Pass-Thru styles. Slide types come in adjustable universal wire or fixed aluminum lip(1.5in increments).
