Description
The Saint-Gobain PureFlo PTFE Full Size Capsule Filter is an easy-to-use filtration unit designed for single-use applications in the pharmaceutical industry. This filter offers superior flow performance by incorporating a sterilizing grade 0.2 μm membrane that exhibits a lower pressure drop. This superior flow performance results in a lightweight, compact filter designed to promote optimal process efficiency. The full size PTFE capsule is available in three sizes with hose barb or tri-clamp fittings, and an optional bleed valve and drain.
The PureFlo PTFE series features a chemically resistant, hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene membrane that demonstrates exceptional thermal strength and flow performance in venting and compressed gas applications. Molded components and support materials are constructed with polypropylene. These materials allow the filter to withstand autoclaving processes in multiple-use applications.
