Description

Eldon James Flexelene E Series is a flexible, non-allergenic TPE alloy tubing formulated with low protein-binding properties for the biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical industries. It is available in a variety of sizes with inner diameters ranging from 1/32 to 1 inch, and outer diameters ranging from 3/32 to 1 1/4 inches. Flexelene E series comes in four formulations, with 66 to 95 Shore A durometer hardness variants to meet the differing needs of these industries.

  • Flexelene 66E features a durometer rating of 66 Shore A and is designed to withstand vigorous movements in peristaltic pump applications.
  • Flexelene 75E features a durometer rating of 75 Shore A and is designed for biocompatibility in peristaltic pump and fluid transfer applications.
  • Flexelene 84E features a durometer rating of 84 Shore A and has a biocompatible surface designed for fluid transfer in sensitive applications.
  • Flexelene 95E features a higher durometer of 95 Shore A, which allows it to resist collapse in high-vacuum applications.

Flexelene E Series is DEHP-free, Phthalate-free, and PCV-free. It also has ultra-low extractables/leachables and meets USP Class VI requirements.
