The Rubber Fab Flex-Pure EPDM Tri-Clamp Gasket is designed with temperature and media resistance that prevents gasket adhesion in pharmaceutical process line piping. This gasket has a temperature resistance of -29 to 300°F (-34 to 149°C) and excellent media resistance to hot water, steam, acids, and alkalies.

With this resistance to steam, acids, and alkalies, Flex-Pure is compatible with most CIP (cleaning in place) and SIP (sterilization in place) cleaning media. This makes Flex-Pure suitable for use in sterilizable bioreactors and many synthesis processes for active pharmaceutical ingredients.
