The Rubber Fab Non-Metallic Nylon Hinge Clamp is a fiberglass-reinforced nylon hinge clamp designed for non-metallic sanitary hose connections. It is a lightweight solution that will not distort non-metallic ferrules or stainless steel clamps during high-temperature operation and sterilization procedures. This nylon clamp is ideal for applications where reduced weight and reduced thermal conductivity transfer are important.

This clamp is approved for use in cGMP manufacturing and accepts sanitary ferrules according to BS 4825, ISO 2852, and Tri-Clover standards. It may be used on non-metallic to non-metallic, non-metallic to metallic, and metallic to metallic sanitary mechanical joint connections.
