Rubber Fab GYLON Style 3504 is a PTFE gasket with an aluminosilicate microsphere filler. This style of gasket is widely used in glass-lined flanges and other light-duty flanges where available torque is limited. The material of this gasket can withstand a wide range of chemicals, extending service life in many applications. The GYLON Style 3504 is available in sizes ranging from 0.5 to 12 inches with thickness options of 0.0625 or 0.125 inches.

GYLON Style 3504 creates a tighter seal with improved performance over conventional PTFE, reducing product loss and emissions. The unique manufacturing process minimizes cold flow problems, typical of skived and expanded PTFE sheets, and gives it excellent bolt torque retention.
