Eldon James Cross Fitting

Eldon James cross fitting creates multiple outlets from one commonly sized hose end and is widely used in beverage lines, or other liquid or gas transfer applications. The fitting inlet attaches directly to a hose end and then splits into three outlets. Equal barbed cross fitting sizes range from 1/16 to 1/2in, with cleanroom manufacturing available for select kynar and polypropylene configurations.

Eldon James products do not contain PVC or DEHP, eliminating the risk of leaching and dispersal of pollutants, dioxins, and other harmful chemicals into liquids and the air. The company offers natural materials like nylon, natural Kynar, and polypropylene to suit different applications and chemical resistance needs. Nylon provides excellent tensile strength with moderate stiffness and high impact resistance, ideal for medical and industrial applications. Kynar offers excellent chemical resistance, inherent flame resistance, high gamma radiation resistance, good UV and weather resistance, good mechanical properties, low moisture absorption, and good machinability. Polypropylene is a very versatile material and is formulated for biomedical and bioprocess applications. It is radiation stable and is resistant to solvents, chemicals, water, and other inorganic environments.
